What To Do When You Feel Blue.

1. Find an old Disney movie, or any film from your childhood, and watch it.
2. Bake cookies.
3. Sing loudly to some of your favourite music.
4. Snuggle up in some blankets, and nap your cares away.
5.Go and check out a thrift store, and marvel and all the weird and wonderful items.
6. Make yourself an ice cream sundae with loads of sprinkles, and chocolate sauce.
7. Browse youtube for some of the funniest videos i.e:Kids React.
8. Dress yourself in one color, all blue, all red, all rainbow [kidding!].
9. Hula hoop.
10.Hug a friend.
11. Find a fluffy friend, go for a walk, or just cuddle.
12. Have an imaginary romance in your head.
13. Go to a store and buy an old favourite toy of yours, and play for awhile.
14. Blow bubbles.
15. At night go stargazing.
16. Alternatively go find an astronomy book and learn some constellations.
17. Write a nice letter to someone special, and mail it the old fashioned way.
18. Have a horror movies marathon, because being scared is a change of pace! =P
19. Kareoke.
20. Try a dish you've never tasted before, be adventurous.
21. Make a bucket list.
22. Write what you like about your body, ON your body.
23. Pick a person at random, give them a call and ask about their day.
24. Write a letter to Santa Claus-no matter the month.
25. Do something nice for someone else.
26. Try and sommersault, or do the splits.
27. Watch a series of movies all in a row, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings ect...
28. Buy a new color of nail polish.
29. Lay in the grass and watch the clouds.
30. Scream into a pillow to release some stress.
31. Run like crazy around your yard.
32. Learn an instrument, or new skill of some kind.
33. Run a bath, and read a good book in the tub.
34. Make a crazy drink like a Shirley Temple.
35. Have a dance off.
36. Always remember, it gets better.
